The new features phones could use Spreadtrum chipsets that will enable these handsets to make 4G VoLTE calls.
The reliance Jio 4G VoLTE features phones will come with pre-installed bundled apps like Jio Chat, Live TV, Video-on-demand, JioMoney etc. Among other features, these phones will get front and rear cameras.
But expect reliance Jio to roll out the new phones soon. Currently, Reliance offers its LYF range of 4G smartphones that are available from a starting price of Rs. 3,500 – Rs. 4,000. Presently Jio users are enjoying the ‘Happy New Year Offer’, that provides free calling, data, and other services. This offer is available until 31st March 2017.
